Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary

Seeking experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead team, align global/local IT strategies, and ensure reliable, cost-effective system operations.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field,
• Must have 6 years experience in IT Infrastructure;
• Must have technical expertise in Linux (SuSE), Windows environments, and WAN/LAN networking;
• Foundational knowledge across Backup, Storage, Database, and Networking technologies;
• Must have experience in IT project management, including vendor management and e-commerce or infrastructure-related projects;
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team supervision, training, and operational support management;
• Experience working in a 24×7 manufacturing or mission-critical operational environment;
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across departments and global teams

Desired Skill-set

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) to support modern IT environments;
• Knowledge of ITIL or IT Service Management best practices to ensure structured and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, deployment, lifecycle management, and support of all IT Infrastructure components;
• Coordinate system design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and user training;
• Work closely with business units to understand requirements and set priorities based on available resources and budget;
• Ensure high service quality through effective processes, best-practice procedures, and continuous improvement;
• Manage and guide the team, ensuring proper skills development and strong operational performance.
