We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in system testing, technical documentation, and user support.
What You'll Do
As an IT Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and smooth deployment of our systems. Your responsibilities will include:
Technical Documentation:
- Preparing and maintaining clear, concise technical and IT-related documentation (e.g., user manuals, process guides, system specifications).
Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Developing detailed test scripts based on system requirements.
- Conducting system testing, primarily through manual execution, to identify and report bugs or issues.
Training & Support:
- Assisting the team in providing technical support during internal and external training sessions for new systems or features.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong foundational IT/technical knowledge (understanding of basic system architecture, software development lifecycle, etc.) to effectively contribute to documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay language for documentation and support tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a good problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Location: On site in Putrajaya
