ABOUT THE ROLE:
Join Kloudynet Technologies as an IT Intern and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic cloud and IT solutions environment. You will work alongside experienced engineers to support day-to-day IT operations, assist in technical projects, and develop practical skills that bridge academic learning with real-world industry practice.
Note: This position is open to final semester students only, intended to fulfil your industrial training (LI) requirements before graduation.
Job responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure and systems
- Support helpdesk operations and resolve tier-1 technical issues
- Assist in configuring and troubleshooting network and hardware
- Help manage and support cloud-based systems and platforms
- Document IT processes, SOPs, and incident reports
- Collaborate with the IT team on internal projects and deployments
- Perform basic system and software administration tasks
Job requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field
- Must be in your final semester of study
- Basic understanding of networking, OS, and IT fundamentals
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux environments
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to commit to 5 days work-from-office per week
