Information Technology Intern

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure including servers, NAS, firewalls, and networking equipment.
2. Support daily IT operations such as user account management, software installations, and hardware setup.
3. Help monitor backup systems and ensure data integrity across local and cloud platforms.
4. Document IT procedures and update internal knowledge base.
5. Provide technical support to staff on issues related to Windows, Office, and other business applications.
6. Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Requirements

• :Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• .Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and IT support
• .Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud platforms
• .Good communication and problem-solving skills
• .Able to work independently and in a team environment
• .Able to commit to an internship period of at least 3 to 6 months
