Role Description

This full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Trainee is based in Shah Alam. Responsibilities include assisting with web design setup and administration, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security measures are in place, and collaborating with team members to support IT operations. Additionally, the role involves providing customer service by addressing IT-related inquiries and issues promptly and effectively and project management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Information Technology fundamentals
• Skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Experience with Network Security concepts and practices
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to assist and support internal and external users
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills under supervision
• Internship period must be 6 months and above
