Internship 1
We are looking for a motivated Computer Science student to join our Data team as an intern. You will gain hands-on experience in building data pipelines, performing data transformations, and supporting analytics workflows that feed business dashboards.
Job Scope:
- Build and maintain data pipelines using Python scripts, Pandas, SQL and asset workflows.
- Ingest and store data into BigQuery.
- Transform raw data into analytics-ready formats using dbt and implement medallion architecture.
- Automate and orchestrate workflows using Dagster, defining resources, assets, jobs and schedules.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure reliable and clean data.
- Support Tableau dashboards by feeding structured datasets.
- Document pipeline architecture, workflow processes and data handling steps.
- Get familiar with Git, code repositories, and version control best practices.
What You Will Experience:
- End-to-end data pipeline development and orchestration.
- Data transformation and modeling using dbt.
- Automating workflows and ensuring data quality.
- Supporting business analytics dashboards in Tableau.
- Containerizing workflows for deployment using Docker.
Internship 2
Support the Data, Digital and Enterprise Applications team to perform testing, documentation and software development projects. This is to ensure quality, functionality and performance of software applications.
Job Scope:
- Assist the team in performing software/application testing to ensure functionality and quality.
- Document test cases, test results, and report any bugs or issues encountered during testing.
- Support preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including manuals, user guides, and internal reports.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support ongoing projects and team operations.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Diploma/Bachelor's program in Software Engineering/Computer Science or any relevant background.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
