Information Technology Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide production system support to operations for smooth day-to-day manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Plan, design, configure, implement, and maintain MES application to meet the needs of the company's operations.
• Analyze, design, configure, develop, and test MES and reporting requested functionality in the development environment.
• Support the operations team to test and accept new changes in the MES test environment.
• Collaborate with the DBA team to migrate newly developed functionality to the production MES environment with minimal negative impact on the business.
• Monitor the MES application to ensure normal operation in the production line.
• Perform troubleshooting when incidents are reported by the operations team and own MES incident management.
• Maintain documentation for the key applications.
• Collaborate with local IT team for MES projects and support activities.
• Responsible for team capability growth, training and resources.
• Define team KPIs and review them regularly with team member

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree / Post Graduate Diploma/ Diploma in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience and knowledge in planning, configuring, implementing and maintaining Production/MES application
• Knowing SQL command, SDLC, Scrum, fundamental DB knowledge
• Experience in leading and implementing or deployments of MES implementation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Language proficiency : English and Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin speaker proficiency and added advantage
