JOB PURPOSE
To be responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the WISE System as Employment Service PERKESO Profiling platform, while providing data analytics and business intelligence solutions to support informed decision-making and the organization's digital transformation initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. System Development
- Develop new modules within the WISE System based on user and business requirements.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing system functionality.
- Design, develop, and integrate databases to support system operations.
- Perform system testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and bug fixing.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and user manuals.
2. Data Management & Analytics
- Manage and maintain the WISE System database.
- Develop management reports using SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
- Perform data analysis to support management decision-making and business planning.
3. System Support
- Provide technical support and assistance to system users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and database-related issues.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, security, and system reliability.
4. System Governance & Security
- Ensure compliance with PERKESO's ICT policies, standards, and procedures.
- Manage user access rights and system security controls.
- Conduct data audits and monitor system performance to ensure operational efficiency.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in web application development.
- Experience in database development and administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI and dashboard development
- Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is an added advantage.
