Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure & Operations Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support and manage day-to-day IT operations. The role involves working directly under the Head of IT/CISO, ensuring the smooth functioning of our infrastructure, cloud platforms, and SaaS applications across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1) User & Systems Support
- Provide first-line and advanced support for staff hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage IT service requests and ensure timely resolutions.
2) Cloud & Infrastructure
- Administer Microsoft 365 (user management, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Conditional Access, MFA).
- Support and maintain AWS and Azure cloud resources, with given instructions by CTO regarding managing EC2 instances, storage, and networking (VPN, firewalls, DNS, backups).
3) SaaS & Applications
- Oversee and support enterprise SaaS tools used across the organization.
- Ensure proper integrations between platforms and maintain user lifecycle management.
- Provide operational support for internal applications and ERP/Other systems.
4) Security & Compliance
- Assist with monitoring, alerts, and incident response.
- Support implementation of IT security controls and compliance policies.
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, ITIL) will be an advantage.
- 25 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Intune/MDM.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
- Familiarity with SaaS administration, networking, and IT security best practices.
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
Additional Information:
- Candidates will undergo 2 rounds of interviews with some pre-employment assessment tests as part of the recruitment procedure.
