Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Project Coordinator in Penang, Malaysia. The IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating information technology projects from conception to completion. The IT Project Coordinator is the primary point of contact between internal project stakeholders and external vendors and must ensure that all project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all involved parties.

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination and project management skills
• Analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze project requirements and provide recommendations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and vendors
• Proficient in information technology, with a strong understanding of project management software, networks, and infrastructure
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Experience in managing large-scale IT projects is preferred
