About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Infrastructure Executive to support the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure solutions across both on-premises and cloud environments. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with organisational standards. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with modern IT infrastructure technologies while contributing directly to the organisation's operational success.
Responsibilities
- Implement IT infrastructure solutions (on premises & cloud) based on project requirement.
- Coordinate and perform the installation, configuration, and testing of hardware, software and cloud components.
- Ensure that infrastructure solutions align with industry best practices and comply with organizational standards.
- Collaborate closely with system administrators, network engineers, cybersecurity teams, and other IT professionals to deliver seamless solutions.
- Work with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate external solutions, ensuring that all procurements and expenditures align with financial and project objectives.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, implementation plans, and post-implementation reports.
- Ensure documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure deployment and operation.
- Support IT operations to maintain system performance, reliability, and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Master in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related field.
Required Skills
- Candidate with Certification below will have added advantage: Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or any cloud related certifications.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Bandar Sunway.
