Requirements

1. Degree in related computer science principles

2. 6 years experience in IT project manager role in the context of software delivery with in-house development

3. 2 year experience in technical or functional related role in banking systems by in-house team

4. 1 year experience in scrum master role

5. Good knowledge in scrum techniques & artefacts, i..e DoD, stories, backlog, etc

6. Able to resolve problems creatively

7. Strong stakeholder management

8. Proficient in using Jira & Confluence

9. Strong interpersonal & collaborative skills as well as highly effective communication skills

10. Organised, detail oriented & thorough

11. Strong desire to help improve processes & mentor others

PM, PSM & relevant certifications are not mandatory but would be advantageous

12. Candidate must have at least 2 years experience in software delivery projects.

It would be advantageous for the candidate to have both experiences.

Cybersecurity in banking or financial industry in the areas of customer data protection, fraud prevention & understanding on national or related cybersecurity measures.

Payments & transfer in banking, financial industry or commerce in the areas of increasing customer experience thru digital payments / transfers transactions & seamless interoperability

Note: Must have hands on experiences

> 3 Years exp Agile project execution,

3 - 5 Years exp in Technical project management

3 Years Hands on technical & functional skills
