Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our Project Management Office at Webby Group. In this role, you will lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives across large corporates, SMEs, start-ups, and government agencies. You will be the bridge between clients and our internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
You will work closely with management, clients, and cross-functional teams (technical, QA, and UI/UX) while driving project success through strong communication, analytical thinking, and proactive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively between clients, management, and internal teams (technical, QA, UI/UX).
- Prepare and maintain proper project documentation, status updates, and reporting for stakeholders.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, clarify change requests, and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Anticipate, identify, and resolve project risks or issues with practical solutions.
- Manage client and stakeholder expectations, building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners.
- Support and coach project team members to ensure alignment, productivity, and successful delivery.
- Drive Agile/Hybrid project practices while ensuring compliance with enterprise-level project needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in a software development or digital transformation environment.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resilient under pressure, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
