Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and manage your assigned team members to ensure high performance, accountability, and continuous development. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance metrics. Maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key clients; act as a point of escalation to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and acquire new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and referrals. Prepare and present competitive quotes, pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules. Conduct pre- and post-sales consultations to ensure successful onboarding and continued client engagement. Monitor market trends, competitors strategies, and customer feedback to adjust sales approaches and offerings. Produce accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans. Set clear sales targets, design incentive structures, and drive team performance to exceed objectives. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen brand presence and build networks. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the IT or technology sector. Strong understanding of ICT products, solutions, and distribution ecosystems. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environments Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
