Job Requirement
- Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent qualification. Minimum 5 years working experience .
- Experience in Cyber Security IT field of information security
- Available to support during weekend support on technical productivity issue when is required.
- Possess knowledge in IT network, server, security and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of ERP system will be advantage
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Have programming background will be added advantage
- Responsible, dedicated and able to work independently
Position Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting problem for a wide range of IT and custom applications for internal customers
- Collaborating with other groups and organizations, elevate data quality concerns and communicate known system problem
- Contributing to the organization via project participation at team , department , IT and global level
- Perform analysis, diagnosis and resolution of incident reported where possible for hardware, software, network and application.
- 24X7 working support on technical productivity issues when is required
- Track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution.
- Assist in documentation of work processes, system workflow and operating procedures.
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors for issue management, service upgrades, application maintenance and other support services.
- Responsible to record and maintain IT infrastructure inventory list, license and hardware warranty renewal.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
- Maintenance of systems to protect data from unauthorized users. Identifies, reports, and resolves security violations
- Prioritizing on checking the vulnerabilities system and network security issue
- Investigate and resolve the security risk of internal IT architecture
- Advises on data security issue, compliance and privacy requirements
