IT Executive / IT Support Specialist
Location:
EMS Language Centre – KLCC Area
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Candidate should be available in urgent situations when needed.
Responsibilities:
• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers and smart boards
• Repairing and replacing computer hardware and related components
• Managing and monitoring the company's internet service and ensuring stable high-speed connectivity
• Managing CCTV systems and related equipment
• Providing technical support to all staff members
• Managing internal systems and organizational email accounts
• Requesting quotations and negotiating with suppliers for IT-related purchases on behalf of EMS Language Centre
Requirements:
• Knowledge of computer hardware and networking
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with Windows OS and Microsoft Office
• Experience with CCTV management
• Ability to install and set up Windows and computer systems
• Basic knowledge of electronics
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Responsible and organized personality
• Negotiation skills are an advantage
• English language proficiency is required
