-Consultant to end-users for usage of software & hardware

-Service request response

-Record user non-standard application license

2.System, network & application administration if any at site level:

-Configuration management

-Domain server, Exchange server, File server, Print server, Backup server and etc.

-System & network security control & virus defense

3.PBX System management and maintenance if any at site level.

4.Support for special systems like the VoIP, WebEx etc. as the front-line

5.System & data backup

6.Responsible for incident & problem tracker

7.Fix assets management and distribution at site.

8.Technical and operation manual documentation

9.To finish other task of supervisor arrangement.
