Network Infrastructure Management: Responsible for the daily deployment, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of the company's network (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.), ensuring the network architecture is stable, secure, and efficient.
Business System Assurance: Guarantee the stable 24/7 operation of core business systems. Establish monitoring and alerting mechanisms, enabling rapid response, diagnosis, and resolution of various faults. Participate in developing emergency response plans.
Configuration and Inspection: Regularly perform backup and recovery testing of network device configurations. Conduct comprehensive inspections of servers, network equipment, etc., in the company's data center according to established schedules and generate reports.
IT Technical Support (Helpdesk): Follow up on and resolve IT issues encountered by employees during daily work (e.g., computers, software, accounts, office equipment), providing effective desktop support services.
Cross-departmental Collaboration: Actively cooperate with other IT modules (such as application development, information security, system architecture) and business departments to complete related IT project implementation and support tasks.
Job Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Communications Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
Professional Skills:
Proficient in networking principles (TCP/IP, etc.) and familiar with mainstream network technologies (VLAN, OSPF, BGP, VPN, etc.).
Possess the ability to independently configure and manage mainstream network equipment from vendors such as Huawei and H3C. Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., HCIA/HCIP/HCIE, H3CSE, etc.) is preferred.
Familiar with the operation and maintenance of common operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
Work Experience:More than 3 years of hands-on experience in desktop support and network operations. Demonstrated strong capability in network and system troubleshooting.
