1. IT Operation support specialist

Basic hands-on knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript for front-end issue troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with database query tools and basic data concepts;

• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and ITSM processes.

• Bachelor's degree or above; or Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant IT operations experience;

• At least 2 years of experience supporting e-commerce or internet systems;

Experience with AI tools, automation, or workflow optimization is a strong plus. Using AI assistants for troubleshooting, documentation, or data organization.

Using automation or low-code tools (e.g. Power Automate, scripts, workflow tools);

Skills: HTML, CSS, Javascript Experience in AI Automation

Experience required: 3+ years

1. Senior Devops Operation engineer - 2-5+ years working experience

• Deploy, operate, monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes (K8s) clusters and containerized workloads to ensure stable production environments.

• Develop automation scripts and internal tools using Python, Java or Go to reduce manual workload.

• Manage and maintain databases, including routine maintenance, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and fault resolution.

• Build and maintain observability systems, including log collection, metrics monitoring and performance tracking.

• Collaborate with development teams to optimize CI/CD workflows and improve delivery efficiency.

• Perform daily system checks, incident handling, root cause analysis, and implement optimization plans.
