Role DescriptionThis is an on-site, full-time Technical Support Engineer role based in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting software, managing and escalating issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer challenges, and ensuring effective deployment and maintenance of automation and technology solutions. The Engineer will also help create and update documentation to enhance user experience and provide insights to improve existing processes and support services.
