Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Technical Support Engineer role based in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting software, managing and escalating issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer challenges, and ensuring effective deployment and maintenance of automation and technology solutions. The Engineer will also help create and update documentation to enhance user experience and provide insights to improve existing processes and support services.

Qualifications
  • Technical skills in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware/software issues in RPA, ML, AI, and QA automation tools.
  • Knowledge of data management, performance engineering, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and provide clear guidance to customers.
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment and remain adaptable to dynamic client requirements.
  • Experience in the technology solutions industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications related to RPA, cloud computing, or technical support are an advantage.
