Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role located in Bintulu Sarawak for an Information Technology Support Engineer. The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, system administration, and help desk support. The role involves resolving technical issues and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong technical support background and understanding of Information Technology.
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing system administration.
• Proven ability to provide excellent help desk support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field at least minimum experience for 2 years.
• Experience working in the construction, automobile, retail or manufacturing sectors would be an advantage.
