Role Overview
- Resolves functional issues for ERP users.
- Serves as a liaison between end users and technical teams.
- Supports various ERP modules.
- Assists with testing and deploying ERP changes.
- Gathers and documents user requirements for system enhancements.
- Assists the ERP IT Manager with system configuration and data analysis.
- Develops and maintains training documentation and user guides.
- Ensures data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams for process improvement.
- Escalates complex technical issues to ERP vendors or internal development teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience supporting an ERP or business application.
- t, Malaysia Labour Law and other related legislation.
