Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide desktop support to company users in the Southeast Asia regions
  2. IT asset management, support software/hardware purchase, deployment and maintenance
  3. Manage email groups, file server permissions, VPN connections and endpoint security
  4. Work with the team and assist project implementation

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree or above in Information Technology or related disciplines. 3 years working experience in IT support.
  2. Good knowledge of computer hardware/software
  3. Solid experience in Microsoft Windows and common application software troubleshooting
  4. Hands-on experience in ticketing system, firewall management and remote desktop support utilities an advantage
  5. Proficient in both written and spoken English
  6. Good communication and problem solving skills with a logical and methodical approach
  7. Ability to work independently as well as a team
