Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Technician located in Kajang. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining and repairing desktop computers, and offering printer support. The technician will also be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical problems, ensuring minimal disruptions to daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Experience with managing and maintaining Desktop Computers
  • Knowledge in Printer Support and Computer Repair
  • Proficiency in identifying and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Minimum diploma or associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site environment
