Track and manage all activities related to technical implementation and readiness
Identify, manage and escalate risks and issues related technical implementation and readiness
Manage and coordinate change requests upon implementation
Review and ensure all required documentation on technical infrastructure, ecosystem and processes are in place and in order
Syndicate and obtain relevant stakeholder sign-off on technical deliverables, where relevant and required
Prepare project status reporting
Ensure Project execution is in compliance with Group IT Policies and Procedures and audit requirements
Manage onboarding process for new joiners in project
Track IT Spend Paper
Monitor project financials/budget, manage PO and invoice payment processes
Track project deliverables and reporting in project status dashboard
Assist in project governance processes and audit tasks
Administer and manage Confluence, JIRA and collaboration tools
Assist in project events and coordinate logistics
