Infrastructure Operation Manager

Requirements

Banking experience is mandatory

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering(Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT Infrastructure projects,preferably in Banking / Financial Services industry. Preferred project exposures:

o Servers deployment (On-premise: physical & virtualization & Cloud)

o Server Migration

o OS upgrade

Able to support Cloud & Collaboration Platforms such as AWS, Microsoft 365

Minimum 7-9 years of Infrastructure Operation Manager / Senior Engineer experience inWindows, Unix, virtualization, database and container platform.

Must have prior actualhands-on infrastructure engineer experience prior to assuming project manager role

Proven experience in leading a team of infrastructure engineers in delivering infrastructureprojects

Troubleshooting skill and experience

Competency in Project Management, Analytical Problem Solving, Customer Relationshipswith experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proactive working style

Working experience for onsite support in client place

Excellent English communication skill

Documentation skill (Excel, Powerpoint)

Diligence, punctuality and excellent working attitude

Responsibility

Perform initiation, design, planning for new IT infrastructure initiatives especially in Windows, Unix for On-premise & Cloud (AWS) & virtualization environment.

Lead & troubleshoot high critical incident and problem management.

Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of a single end-to-end fullimplementation project

Create and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needsand requirements

Adherence to Project Management disciplines such as on-time, on budget & qualitydelivery. Encourage teamwork, improve staff retention and foster customer relationshipsand satisfactions

Coordinating with project sponsors and business stakeholders in the prioritization anddetail of deliveries while at the same time collaborating with other project stakeholders forconsistent and focus implementation

Manage vendors, clients and other stakeholders in project delivery.

Provide timely status updates to stakeholders and management.
