Key Responsibilities
- Set up and start injection molding machines according to production requirements
- Perform mold installation, adjustment, and removal
- Monitor machine operations and ensure product quality meets specifications
- Troubleshoot process issues related with defects
- Carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs on machines and molds
- Perform process parameter adjustments (temperature, pressure, cycle time, etc.)
- Conduct in-process inspections, record the data and machine running time
- Conduct in-house mold cleaning activities
- Ensure proper material handling and usage of the materials
- Conduct in-process weight check during running
- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the work area (5S compliance)
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Report any abnormalities to Supervisor/Team Leader
- Support continuous improvement activities
Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing or related field)
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in injection molding environment
- Experience in machine setup and troubleshooting
- Familiar with different types of molds and auxiliary equipment
- Basic knowledge of quality control and measurement tools
- Able to work shifts and overtime when required
- Good teamwork and communication skills
