Role Summary
The role works in close partnership with field sellers, services specialists, and partners to deliver a consistent and value‑led customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive services pipeline, bookings, renewals, and expansion revenue across assigned accounts
- Identify services attach opportunities at point of sale and within the installed base
- Execute proactive outbound engagement to support renewals, upsell, and cross‑sell motions
- Position Lenovo services and lifecycle solutions using a consultative, outcome‑focused approach
- Build, manage, and progress opportunities aligned to customer needs and lifecycle stage
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity hygiene in CRM systems
- Partner with field account teams and services specialists on account priorities and deal execution
- Support a coordinated customer experience across inside sales, field sales, and partner channels
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in inside sales, services sales, or B2B technology sales
- Fluent Korean or English language skills
- Proven experience managing pipeline, forecasts, and customer outreach activities
- Strong communication, collaboration, and opportunity management skills
- Experience selling IT services, support, lifecycle, or subscription‑based offerings
- Exposure to services attach, renewals, and expansion sales motions
- Experience working with field sales teams in a hybrid coverage model
- Familiarity with installed‑base selling and recurring revenue models
- Strong CRM proficiency
- Experience supporting enterprise, commercial, or global accounts
- Channel partner or NSP engagement experience
