Role Summary

The SSG Inside Sales Representative supports Lenovo's Services & Solutions Group by driving services attach, renewals, and expansion across assigned accounts. This role focuses on building qualified pipeline, closing services opportunities, and increasing customer lifetime value through proactive, consultative engagement.
The role works in close partnership with field sellers, services specialists, and partners to deliver a consistent and value‑led customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive services pipeline, bookings, renewals, and expansion revenue across assigned accounts
  • Identify services attach opportunities at point of sale and within the installed base
  • Execute proactive outbound engagement to support renewals, upsell, and cross‑sell motions
  • Position Lenovo services and lifecycle solutions using a consultative, outcome‑focused approach
  • Build, manage, and progress opportunities aligned to customer needs and lifecycle stage
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity hygiene in CRM systems
  • Partner with field account teams and services specialists on account priorities and deal execution
  • Support a coordinated customer experience across inside sales, field sales, and partner channels

Skills & Experience

Must‑have
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience in inside sales, services sales, or B2B technology sales
  • Fluent Korean or English language skills
  • Proven experience managing pipeline, forecasts, and customer outreach activities
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and opportunity management skills
Good‑to‑have
  • Experience selling IT services, support, lifecycle, or subscription‑based offerings
  • Exposure to services attach, renewals, and expansion sales motions
  • Experience working with field sales teams in a hybrid coverage model
  • Familiarity with installed‑base selling and recurring revenue models
  • Strong CRM proficiency
  • Experience supporting enterprise, commercial, or global accounts
  • Channel partner or NSP engagement experience
