We are currently seeking a dynamic Inside Regional Account Manager to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

As an Inside Regional Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage end to end sales process for low to mid-range opportunities on behalf of supported account managers (net new business, incumbent accounts)
  • Support aligned AM's with CPQ's requests, SFDC data entry, quotes, pricing analysis, managing renewals, arranging asset lists, liaising with customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Independently manage end to end sales process for opportunities outside of named accounts via partner and distribution channel
  • Work with distribution team to minimise the quantity of special pricing requests
  • Work alongside internal/external customers and partner network to drive sales and Fortinet brand
  • Be the Brand advocate - go the extra mile to provide outstanding client experience
  • Bring creative ideas to the fast growing & evolving business
  • Responsible for QoQ revenue growth within SMB customer base
  • Drive initiatives with partners in conjunction with Account Managers to generate leads and revenue. i.e CTAP, trade up, cross sell promotions
  • Achieve the agreed quarterly sales goals
  • Generate a sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and accurately forecast pipeline
  • Be willing to go above and beyond expectations of the business with a positive attitude

  • Excellent communications internally, corporation-wide and externally.
  • Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with Fortinet's products and services preferred.
  • Basic understanding of IT networking fundamentals
  • Basic understanding of WI-FI and its use in the market
  • Must have experience in working in a fast pace environment with revenue responsibilities
