Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, engage, and qualify business opportunities across the APAC/Malaysia region.
- Generate new leads through LinkedIn, making outbound calls, sending emails, or WhatsApp messages, to potential customers to set up a meeting (online or face-to-face).
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, uncover business challenges, and position company's services and solutions as the answer.
- Follow up on cold leads, conduct discovery calls, and nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Resolve issues promptly and maintain high levels of service quality.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and understand their business needs.
- Work closely with Account Executives/Sales Team to ensure smooth, high-quality handovers that set deals up for success.
Key Requirements and Skills:
- At least 2-4 years of previous experience in inside sales, lead-generation, or customer service representative related roles preferred.
- Minimum 2 years in account management/client relationship experience.
- Must have strong experience of LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity metrics, pipeline generation targets, and other performance KPIs.
- A goal-oriented individual with a strong focus on achieving targets and numbers.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Preferably from IT Software industry background.
