This role focuses on engaging managed and unmanaged accounts to drive revenue generation through Microsoft product sales, account management, and compliance process execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage sales opportunities through the complete sales cycle until close/deployment.
• Handle cloud selling and IT product sales activities.
• Convert client leads into sales opportunities through customer engagement.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Maintain strong account management practices and operational compliance.
• Follow tele-sales processes and internal operational standards
Requirements
• Graduate or Post Graduate qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or account management or in cloud sales.
• Strong communication skills in English and Malay native language.
• Experience in IT/software product sales preferred.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of cloud solutions and software products.
• Strong account management and internal communication skills.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and timelines.
• Ability to close sales opportunities effectively.
• Confident in engaging stakeholders across different organizational levels
