The Inside Sales Account Manager for Cloud Solutions is responsible for selling cloud-based products and services to existing and prospective customers, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the business. The representative will work closely with marketing, sales engineers, and customer success teams to drive business development and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Research potential clients to understand their needs, pain points, and goals.
- Tailor messaging and proposals to address the specific needs of clients in different industries.
Product Knowledge & Presentations:
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's cloud offerings, including software-as-a-service (SaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), and other cloud-based solutions.
- Conduct virtual presentations and product demos for prospects to highlight cloud solution benefits and features.
Sales Negotiation & Closing:
- Manage the sales pipeline by nurturing leads and guiding them through the sales process.
- Develop customized proposals and negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential clients.
- Close deals and meet or exceed sales quotas.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and update accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with existing customers to upsell or cross-sell additional cloud solutions and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research & Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings in the cloud space.
- Use market insights to improve sales strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue generation, lead conversion rates, and sales cycle times.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the cloud technology or IT industry.
- Language(s): English and Thai speaking
- Proven success in achieving sales targets, with a track record of closing deals.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers remotely.
- Strong understanding of cloud technology, including cloud storage, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS offerings.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales-related software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions effectively.
