Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, generating leads, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include attending outbound calls and incoming leads as well as building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to meet business goals and achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience of outbound telesales
  • Strong listening skills. Able to portray excellent negotiation skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and calm under pressure
  • Demonstration of perseverance and determination to achieve the sales targets set
  • IT/computer savvy

Job Description

To perform outbound calls to Maxis existing customers of SME companies, following through on each submission end-to-end with minimum escalations and supervision. To provide best customer experience through outbound calling while observing internal guidelines and quality assurance.

  • Build a strong relationship with the customer by providing a delightful end-to-end experience & effortless way of acquiring new products & contracting existing subscriptions.
  • Acquire new line subscription by being an advocate of our products & services through consultative selling through cross sell worklist
  • Be a subject matter expert by keeping yourself updated with product details & latest offer information, sales processes & ordering fulfillment.
  • Passionate about engaging with customers through different interactions - inbound/outbound call or chat/email.
  • Display a collaborative mindset when working with internal & cross-functional teams to easily resolve customers concerns & demands.
  • Contribute and support the achievement of your individual & team's sales target, call productivity, and customer engagement score.
  • Make every customer interaction meaningful. Take ownership and execute end-to-end sales & customer handling.
  • Build a strong relationship with the customer by providing a delightful end-to-end experience & effortless way of acquiring new products & contracting existing subscriptions.
