We're seeking an energetic and ambitious Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and acting as a consultative partner to prospective clients, helping them navigate complex business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our IT services and ERP solutions to effectively communicate value.
- Drive lead generation through strategic outreach, including cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn networking.
- Coach and guide prospective clients by identifying their pain points and demonstrating how our services provide solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule high-quality meetings or demos for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, HR, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and campaign success.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduates: Eager to learn and start a career in corporate sales.
- Experienced Candidates (1–2 years): Proven track record in sales with a strong foundation in IT knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a significant advantage).
- Strong interest in client interaction, business development, and consultative selling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and LinkedIn for professional research and outreach.
