Job Description

We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive for a client

Manage inbound leads via phone, live chat, and webforms
Support event-driven lead activities and registration drives
Enrich contact data using tools like Lusha and ZoomInfo
Maintain and update CRM data accurately (e.g., SFDC)
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Assist in sales and marketing campaigns
Participate in training and team meetings to improve skills

Requirements:

3-5 years B2B phone/chat sales experience
Proficient with SFDC, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar tools
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Customer-first mindset with excellent communication
Diploma or relevant qualification preferred
Training will be provided for the right candidate
