Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Subang Jaya. The Inside Sales Executive will manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing, actively engaging with potential and existing clients to understand their pest control and facility service needs. Key responsibilities include identifying prospects, building relationships, qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, conducting consultations, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining detailed client records and collaborating with the operations team to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, including identifying prospects and driving conversions
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• A proven track record in achieving Sales goals and understanding sales processes
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is an advantage
• Prior experience in pest control, cleaning services, or a related industry is a plus
• Possess a proactive attitude and results-driven mindset
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
