Inside Sales Intern – Remote
About the Role
GetHiredDigital is hiring Inside Sales Interns to support international B2B sales and client acquisition activities. This role involves working across the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, outreach, discovery calls, follow-ups, and sales support for US and UK markets.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in SaaS sales, digital marketing sales, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
• Source and qualify leads
• Build targeted prospect lists
• Work on assigned inbound and outbound leads
Outreach & Prospecting
• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Engage with decision-makers in US and UK markets
• Support cold outreach and follow-up activities
Sales & Client Engagement
Support sales activities for:
• SEO services
• Website design and development
• Social media marketing
• Email marketing
• Branding and content services
• LeadVault – AI-based lead generation platform
Selling Responsibilities
• Support selling subscription plans priced at $599, $1,497, and $3,997 per month
• Support pay-per-lead offerings
• Help recommend suitable solutions based on client requirements
Sales Process Management
• Conduct and support discovery calls
• Understand client business requirements
• Manage follow-ups and pipeline movement
• Maintain records and pipeline updates in HubSpot CRM
• Support deal progression and closures
Account Growth
• Identify upselling opportunities
• Support client retention and re-engagement activities
Requirements
• 6 months to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or related sales roles preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working remotely
• Availability for US (EST) or UK (GMT) working hours
• Basic understanding of lead generation, CRM tools, SaaS products, SEO services, or digital marketing is preferred
Compensation Structure
Probation Period (First 3 Months)
• Performance-based compensation structure
• Weekly payouts based on closures and performance
• Commission ranging from 10%–25%
• Performance incentives and bonuses
Post-Probation
• Fixed salary plus commission and incentives
• Long-term growth opportunities based on performance
• Strong performers may have significant earning potential based on overall sales performance and contribution

Important Note
• Candidates with 6 months to 5 years of relevant experience in SaaS Sales, SEO Sales, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Relevant SaaS and/or SEO sales experience is preferred and may be given priority during the selection process.
