Lead the sales team, manage inbound leads, drive revenue growth, and close high-value digital service deals. Build strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads & overall sales pipeline
• Lead, train, and monitor the sales team
• Drive revenue growth & strategic partnerships
• Close high-value digital service deals

Requirements

• 35+ years in Sales / Business Development
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Leadership, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
• Digital agency or services sales experience (preferred)

Pay & Benefits

MYR 5,000 10,000/month (Negotiable ) + commission & performance bonuses
