Inside Sales Manager

• Lead and manage a regional team of 10–15 ISRs to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs and sales targets.
• Provide consistent coaching, mentoring, and performance management to cultivate a high-performing sales team.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including Business Units (Product Managers), Vertical Leaders, Regional Sales Leaders, Project Managers, Global Account Managers (GAM), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Order Management teams.
• Resolve roadblocks across the sales cycle—from offer to order and order to cash—ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Utilize data analytics to make informed, data-driven decisions; ensure accuracy and hygiene in pipeline and opportunity management.
• Handle internal and external issue resolution while providing guidance and support to team members.
• Champion Lenovo's values and culture, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Manage deadlines effectively and maintain performance under pressure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proven experience in managing sales teams, particularly within an Inside Sales or regional sales environment.
• Strong people and performance management skills.
• Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin and other languages is an added advantage.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members towards shared goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities
