Inside Sales SaaS & Omni-Channel Solutions

Location: Malaysia (Flexible)

Experience - 2+ years

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales person to lead the business growth strategy for a market-leading Omni-channel Retail & E-commerce Solutions, POS provider. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve inside sales targets and KPIs
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and research
  • Engage prospects, build relationships, and schedule sales meetings
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Support the sales team with insights and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of inside sales experience in an enterprise software company
  • Strong phone communication and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Fluent in English (Conversational Bahasa, Mandarin, or Filipino is a plus)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
