Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and online platforms to generate new leads.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Present product/service features and benefits to customers, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Executives to support deal registration, quotations, and negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Follow up on proposals, quotations, and sales opportunities to ensure timely closure.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide input to marketing campaigns and support promotional events/webinars.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience in sales, business development, or purchasing within the IT industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision; reliable, highly motivated, and performance-driven.
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with English- and Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Good computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other relevant tools.
