  • Providing sale support to sales team
  • Proactively prospect for new clients, identifying leads.
  • Accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.
  • Assist in driving, developing new accounts and monitoring market trends.
  • Attend to sales enquiries and generate quotations and proposals to customers with prompt follow up
  • Coordinate pipeline management with internal stakeholders and proactively follow up with business partners and the sales team
  • Customer Service and providing real-time updates to customers as required
  • Analyse potential new business, market opportunities & initiating customer contact to pursue opportunities.
  • Provide customer-orientated service by managing the needs of customers through phone / email, LinkedIn and other mediums
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Competitor analysis and monitoring
  • Provide product training to prospect
  • Other tasks as assigned by commercial team lead

Requirements

  • Min 2 years of experience in Commercial ISR roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google G suites
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM, & Indirect Business Strategy.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in B2B, B2C phone based sales role
  • No reluctance to make outbound calls (cold, warm) to prospective leads
  • Proactive attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent relationship building skills
