Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative (Cloud Solutions) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and promoting cloud-based solutions to support their business growth.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or outbound sales.
- Experience in IT sales, cloud solutions sales, software sales, SaaS sales, or technology sales.
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Experience in Account Management to manage client portfolios and ensure ongoing business.
- Understanding of cloud solutions and related technologies is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities.
