Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative (Cloud Solutions) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Join a leading global technology project and help businesses accelerate their digital transformation journey. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and promoting cloud-based solutions to support their business growth.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or outbound sales.
  • Experience in IT sales, cloud solutions sales, software sales, SaaS sales, or technology sales.
  • Proven experience in Inside Sales, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Experience in Account Management to manage client portfolios and ensure ongoing business.
  • Understanding of cloud solutions and related technologies is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities with business customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable cloud solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage sales pipeline and update CRM records accurately.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
