In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across the portfolio of products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end inside sales cycle, from opportunity identification and qualification to quotation, bid approval, and deal closure
- Own and deliver against an assigned sales quota, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Proactively identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the full product and solutions portfolio
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring at least 2x pipeline coverage against quota
- Conduct proactive outbound engagement (calls, emails, digital channels) to expand customer reach and strengthen relationships
- Deliver an excellent customer experience, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales journey
- Manage forecasting, opportunity tracking, and pipeline hygiene in line with sales governance requirements
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and market competition to effectively position solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pricing, operations, product, and management) to ensure smooth and timely deal execution
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or IT sales hardware.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
