We are seeking for an Inside Sales Representative managing Singapore & PhilippinesMid-Market Accounts.
The position will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full catalogue of the products and services to our Mid-Market Accounts.
Job Responsibility:
- Deliver to the Quarterly Quota assigned for Revenue and Margin and any other metrics outlined as per the sales plan.
- Develop an appropriate sales pipeline by building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Proactive calling into identified prospects and installing base accounts to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain current and accurate account and pipeline information and contact information.
- Conduct weekly forecasting - know units shipped and to come, status, decision-makers and next steps in closing opportunities.
- Drive incremental 3X3 revenue – Options, Services, Visuals.
- Comprehend customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical support, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and updates to sales management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent in English verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor degree with experience in a business-related field, information technology or similar subjects (preferred but not a must).
- Advanced skills in MS-Office, Outlook and Customer Relationship Software.
- A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT hardware products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
