Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join Lenovo Malaysia's Key Accounts Division, supporting the Indonesia market. This role manages end-to-end sales engagement with key customers, delivering solution-based selling across Lenovo's full portfolio (IDG, ISG, SSG).
The ideal candidate is a consultative, results-driven sales professional with strong communication skills and a proven ability to grow revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue, margin, and sales activity targets through solution selling.
- Ensure daily and weekly updates of the outlook plan, sales funnel, and call plan.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, solution proposal, quotation, bid approval, order closure, and delivery follow-up.
- Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts through consultative engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Account customers and channel partners.
- Conduct Power Hour calls with customers during scheduled call periods.
- Ensure accurate quotations, disciplined pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy via CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Client Managers, partners, and internal stakeholders to execute deals effectively.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers and distributors to support pipeline health and recovery.
- Deliver a consistently strong customer experience through proactive communication and issue resolution.
