The Inside Sales Representative B2B Sales for Mid-Market segment will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with channel partners and end customers, developing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth within the mid-market segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with channel partners and customers within the mid-market segment to drive mutual growth and success.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accelerate revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and ensure achievement of established targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive offerings to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align resources and provide comprehensive support for partner sales initiatives, contributing to the successful closure of deals with end users.
- Maintain strong productivity levels to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in B2B sales or partner management in IT hardware sales.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia speaker
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced industry while working independently and managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong hunger for sales and a relentless focus on achieving targets.
- Knowledge of IT hardware products is a plus.
