About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and confident Inside Sales Representative to join our growing IT software sales team. This role focuses on B2B sales, engaging with executive-level customers, qualifying leads, and driving opportunities through the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients via phone, emails to introduce our software solutions
- Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads to identify genuine business opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges, and priorities
- Build trusted relationships with executive-level decision makers (C-suite, Directors, and Managers)
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure a healthy, active sales pipeline
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demos when required
- Meet and exceed monthly lead conversion and sales targets
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- 13 years of experience in inside sales, lead qualification, or B2B software sales
- Strong understanding of the software or SaaS sales cycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking with executive-level clients
- Ability to identify pain points, qualify prospects, and position solutions effectively
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proficient in CRM tools and virtual communication platforms
