Summary

The Inside Sales Representative - Technology supports early-stage digital transformation initiatives by engaging prospective and existing customers, qualifying opportunities, and driving pipeline growth. The role focuses on lead management, outbound and nurturing campaigns, and close collaboration with marketing and business development teams to advance technology adoption and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and manage inbound leads related to assigned technology areas
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns in collaboration with marketing and business development teams
  • Nurture prospects with value-driven engagement to move initiatives forward
  • Engage technical and business stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities
  • Track activities, leads, and pipeline accurately and report performance metrics
  • Plan and prioritize daily and weekly activities to meet pipeline and booking targets

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good communication skills in Hindi are required
  • Ability to articulate technology value and progress customer conversations
  • Understanding of IT buying cycles and emerging technology initiatives
  • Motivation to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced technology environment
  • Open to working on a contract basis
