Summary :

Support the team in identifying and connecting with the right contacts within organizations to enable account planning and relationship mapping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to verify right-party contacts.
  • Obtain permission to connect and gather information.
  • Conduct web research on companies (strategies, projects, technology roadmaps).
  • Update CRM with accurate contact details and organizational mapping.
  • Provide critical insights for account planning and relationship mapping.

Required Skills:

  • Strong research and investigative skills to identify key personas.
  • 1 year experience in telemarketing or similar role (open to fresh graduates).
  • Experienced in SAAS, IT Solutions selling
  • Ability to navigate gatekeepers and secure relevant contact details.
  • Good communication, resilience, and self-motivation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and general business software.
